Originally, this place was created to host pictures of a special fan game played using Kev Adams figures only - hence its name, "The Kev Adams Challenge". With the assistance of several dedicated contributors, it quickly grew into a gallery and resource site of Kevin "GoblinMaster" Adams' fine works :)
Given the stupendous number of figures he has sculpted in his career, the original title of this blog still applies, as it is a challenge to try and display even a decent fraction of his production indeed!

Do you have some nice pics to send us for the gallery?
A Kev Adams Challenge game report - one with Kev Adams figures only - to submit?

Kev Adams gives make over to Brian Nelson

More conversions from the private collection of White Knight. After the goblins a while back, Kev gave the same treatment to some post-KA GW big'uns and orcboys with excellent results!

Harlequin Orc Conversion

From the collection of Pete Brown: "Harlequin Orc, made by Kev and moulded by me in our time together at Harlequin, its dated on the bottom of the base (which is made from balls of green-stuff putty that would be spare after Kev finished his work) KA 08 – 96. The Orc himself is a Harlequin one which Kev did a little extra work on (the face on the axe and the bag are added) but the most wonderful thing about this is the base, which as I say is made of extra putty, but covered with detailing that just oozes Kev… Mushrooms are a long term theme of his work as are skulls and goblin faces. The work on the little leaves in the front of this are… excellent and painted into one of the tiny rocks is the Hindu symbol for Peace. I entered this item in a GenCon painting competition in 1996, where it came first by a country-mile."

Goblin Palanquin Conversion

Another item from WK's collection, this Fenryll goblin palanquin set was converted by Kev Adams with his trademark goblin faces to form a unique centerpiece to a Goblinmeister themed army.

Night Goblin Fanatic Conversions

In between regular sculpting jobs for various manufacturers, Kev also takes on private commissions for one-of sculpts or unique conversions. Occasionally, he has also sculpted special edition models, like the goblin sculptor for the CCMG crowd. This section of the Kev Adams Challenge will take a look (and ideed, share a look) at those unique models.

As a first example, there is this excellent Games Workshop Night Goblin fanatic figure set from the collection of White Knight, with custom faces sculpted by Kev Adams.

The original model looked like this:
